Stories of Inspiration

Nystagmus Inspiration

Having nystagmus makes doing some activities incredibly challenging. Nonetheless, most people with nystagmus can and do lead normal, active lives. Many people with nystagmus thrive in a variety of settings and we are thrilled to share stories of inspiration that highlight some of the accomplishments people with nystagmus have made.

This page contains a few profiles and essays that we call Stories of Inspiration. These people are athletes, actors, musicians, doctors, young adults, and students. They identify challenges and do not let nystagmus keep them from achieving amazing goals. Some of the essays include personal tips and tricks to prosper with nystagmus and highlight what is possible with hard work, perseverance, and community support.

Their stories inspire us and we hope they inspire you too.
