In 2024, ANN established a Junior Board of Directors. Composed of high school and college aged students, the Junior Board seeks to promote a stronger sense of community for younger people with nystagmus. The Junior Board meets monthly to discuss outreach efforts and is actively involved in promoting ANN events on social media platforms.
